  • What is valet trash service?
    We pick up your bagged trash directly from your doorstep during scheduled service times and handle the rest.
  • What’s included in the subscription service?
    Weekly service (3 or 5 days), a company-provided 13-gallon bin, text reminders before pickup, and no contract — cancel anytime.
  • What time do I put my trash out?
    Place your tied trash bag in the provided bin outside your door during one of your assigned pickup windows: 🕖 Morning Window: 7am–11am 🌙 Evening Window: 5pm–9pm
  • How do I cancel my service?
    Email your name and phone number to support@windycitytrash.com or text "CANCEL SERVICE" to (702) 530-8103. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
  • Are there any hidden fees?
    No hidden fees. Your monthly plan includes everything. Only additional fees are for replacement bins ($10).
  • Can I use my own trash bin?
    No — all subscribers must use the official Windy City Trash Valet bin for service. It ensures safety, cleanliness, and easy recognition for our collectors.
  • What can I put out for pickup?
    We’ll collect all tied trash bags that fit inside the official Windy City Trash Valet bin, plus a small number of flattened cardboard boxes placed neatly next to the bin. Please make sure boxes are broken down to avoid blocking walkways or neighboring units.
